Tone & Sculpt is a 12-week body shaping program designed to help you shed fat, lean up and tone your muscles.
This workout program uses extended length HIIT workouts with a focus on exercise repetitions to drive the best fat burning and body shaping outcome in as little time as possible.
During the 12-weeks, you’ll embark on a carefully curated exercise program that has a foundation in fitness and conditioning. The dumbbell workouts will test and improve your strength, help you with muscle engagement as well as boost your post workout calorie burn.
The bodyweight workouts will ramp up your fitness, increase your active calorie burn, improve muscle tonation and enhance your body control.
